The Chinese smartphone brand Oppo is all set to launch its new device called Oppo R17, and we already came through multiple leaks of the device. Well, now the device pops-up on the company’s official website ahead of its official launch and reveals the complete specification details along with the images.

According to the images which are listed online, the upcoming Oppo R17 looks very much similar to the Oppo F9 Pro, which is confirmed to launch on August 21 in the Indian market. The smartphone has “Waterdrop Screen”, well, that is a different type of a notch. The listing also reveals that the device will sport a 6.4 inch display along with the 8 GB of RAM and it will have 128 GB of internal storage.
The device has a dual camera at the back and it is placed in a vertical orientation, and it will have a 25 megapixel front camera with AI power. We assume that the device features the in-display fingerprint scanner, as an image hints that. Well, we need to wait for the official announcement to know about this.
The smartphone runs on the ColorOS 5.2, and backed on a 3,500 mAh battery with VOOC Flash Charge. That said, the company claims that the device can give 2 hours of talk-time with 5 minutes of charge. Furthermore, the listing also reveals that the device will be available in Twilight Blue and Starry Purple colour options. Apart from this, the website also shows that the customers can able to order the device from August 18.
