Having said that, Infinix has worked with the world’s leading battery manufacturers to develop a new 8C battery cell and the same is the maximum charging rate rechargeable lithium battery. To offer fast charging, the company will use two 8C-rated batteries to achieve a combined capacity of 4,500mAh. It is also coming with multiple layers of protection and improvements to offer efficiency and make sure the temperature is maintained.
The company has made the setup with three parallel charge pumps with a charging conversion efficiency of 99 percent charge the two batteries and that will prevent from overloads and overheating. The charging technology has various protection mechanisms to protect the devices as well as starting cables.
It is also coming with an encryption chip and the same will make sure about the cable by checking whether it can handle the load. It is worth mentioning that the newly announced 180W Thunder Charge technology has also been approved by the TÜV Rheinland Safe Fast-Charge System.
