Infinix has officially introduced the latest Infinix Zero 40 4G and Zero 40 5G in the market of Malaysia. The smartphone series features the support for the GoPro mode. So let’s get into the article to check out the full details of the smartphone series.
Everything about Infinix Zero 40 series
The new Infinix Zero 40 series features a 6.74-inch curve-edge AMOLED panel along with an FHD+ resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, up to 1,300nits of peak brightness, and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The display of the smartphone series is integrated with a fingerprint sensor. The smartphone series runs on Android 14 with XOS 14.5 out of the box.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Infinix Zero 40 series features a 50-megapixel Samsung JN1 front-facing camera while the black panel of the smartphone series has a 108-megapixel Samsung HM6 primary camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The 4G variant can able to shoot up to 2K 30fps videos while the 5G variant is capable to capture up to 4K 60fps videos. The Infinix Zero 40 series also supports the GoPro mode and the same allows users to pair the latest smartphone series to a compatible GoPro camera and then use the phone as a viewfinder from the camera application of the smartphone brand, which offers a dedicated “GoPro” mode. The devices also come with the GoPro Quik app.
The Infinix Zero 40 4G comes with the power of the MediaTek Helio G100 chip along with 8 GB of RAM while the 5G variant has the power of the Dimensity 8200 SoC along with 12 GB of RAM. Both phones come with 256 GB / 512 GB of internal storage. The devices house a large 5,000mAh battery with 45W charging support. The 5G version also supports 20W wireless charging and 10W reverse wireless charging.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the 4G variant has a starting price tag of MYR 1,199 while the 5G version has a starting price tag of MYR 1,699. The devices will be available from September 8 in the market of Malaysia.
