Instagram brings support for archiving posts

The developers of the world’s favourite photo sharing application Instagram is kept busy from last couple of months, to bring new features in to the application to give maximum satisfaction to its users. After testing with a few number of users earlier, now the social networking app rolling out the new Archive feature world wide.

The newly added feature works exactly as it sounds, you can share any of your photo and later if you don’t want to show it off. Then you can Archive it, without deleting. The image will be there on Instagram but it will not be visible to others, which means you can only view the image and re-publish it whenever you wants.

How to Archive a post?

To Archive a post, just open the post and tap on the overflow menu icon, then simply tap on the archive post. All the archived posts will be accessible from the profile page. You will be able to see all the previous likes and comments of that post.

The update is rolling out in the version 10.21 and it’s been rolled out to the Google Play Store, check the Google Play Store and update the Instagram to get the new feature.
