Instagram Reels Goes Official In India

The Indian government has banned the very popular TikTok application along with other 58 Chinese applications and that disappointed many because TikTok was very popular between the young generation of the country/ Well, Instagram understands the feeling and the company has introduced a new feature called the Instagram Reels in the market of India and the same will provide a similar experience like the TikTok app.

With the new feature, Instagram targeting the young generation of the country, and the same was started to test since November last year.

The latest Instagram Reels offers a new editing tool in the Instagram Story camera and that will allow you to record a 15-second video with popular song tracks or sound clips, something similar to the TikTok videos. You can browse popular songs or sound clips with the hashtags or can borrow audio from other videos. Then you can record a new video clip with the music or the dialogue and you need to do the lip-syncing which means the entire setup is the same as the TikTok.

Furthermore, the Reels also brings a new set of editing tools such as the timed captions (which is another very popular feature of the TikTok), new video transitions, and special effects with more of them will be added later.

Speaking about the availability, the company started to roll out the same for the entire users of the country. So, update Instagram to the latest version and start creating amazing contents on the board.
