It was reported that the problem started after a few minutes at 6 PM ET, with over 175,000 users flagging the issue at its peak problem was fixed by 7:30 PM ET,
The technical glitch caused the feed of the application to freeze and displayed error messages and the same was preventing refreshes. The website of the platform also showcased a blank page that added extra frustration for the users.
