It features a 10.2-inch Retina display with 2160 X 1620 pixels resolution, the device is powered by Apple A10 Fusion processor along with M10 Coprocessor and it will available in two storage variants – 32 GB and 128 GB. The device will also support the first-generation Apple Pencil, and also supports a Smart Connector for the Smart Keyboard.
Speaking about the camera department, the iPad (2019) rocks an 8-megapixel rear camera with an f/2.4 aperture, along with a 1.2-megapixel front camera with an f/.2 aperture. The iPad (2019) features a Touch ID fingerprint scanner for the security. The device also supports stereo speakers and dual microphones.
Regarding the connectivity, the device supports Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth v4.0, Wi-Fi + Celluar, GPS, and LTE connectivity, as well as Wi-Fi calling. The device runs on the iPad and it ships on 32Whr battery.
Pricing and availability
The pricing In the US starts at $329 for its base Wi-Fi only model, while the Wi-Fi + Cellular base model is priced at $459. The company has also announced the pricing of the device in the market of India and it will start at ₹29,900 for its Wi-Fi only, 32GB storage base model. The Wi-Fi + Cellular model starts at ₹40,900. The device will start shipping from September 30 and there is no information about the availability of the device in India.
