Apple is reportedly working on the next generation iPhone Air 2 and today we got some details about the device. It will continue to feature the slim form factor and without making any further delay let’s check out the details.
According to the Investment analyst Jeff Pu’s new research note with GF Securities today, the upcoming iPhone Air 2 will be introduced in the first quarter of 2027, so this confirms the launch before the end of March.
It is also revealed that the next generation iPhone Air 2 will be powered by the A20 Pro chip, and it will be made using TSMC’s 2nm process. The device will also come with a smaller dynamic island than the previous generation, and the upcoming device will come with a 48MP ultrawide camera.
Apple is expected to launch the upcoming iPhone Air 2 with Apple’s N2 chip for wireless networking. It will also enhance the reliability of AirDrop and Personal Hotspot. The device is also reported to come with Apple’s C2 modem for 5G mobile network connectivity.
It is expected that the upcoming iPhone Air 2 will be coming with the same 6.5-inch screen along with 12GB of RAM, and 18MP selfie camera as its predecessor.
