Just a couple of days ago, we came across a report which suggested that iQOO 8 Legend in the market of India before Diwali this year and now the same source reports that the vanilla variant of the new smartphone series of the Chinese brand will also arrive in the country.
It is now reported that the Chinese brand will launch its new iQOO 8 alongside the iQOO 8 Legend in India but there is no information on the exact launching date of both the smartphones.
Speaking about the specifications, the latest iQOO 8 sports a 6.56-inch Full HD+ 10-Bit OLED Display with 120Hz refresh rate. It has HDR10 support but lacks Dolby Vision. It comes with Snapdragon 888 5G chipset with Adreno 660 GPU. It has 8+128GB and 12+256GB storage options. This one also runs on Android 11 with OriginOS on top.
Moving on to the camera, this iQOO 8 also has a fully functional triple camera setup with 48MP Sony IMX598 sensor, a 13MP ultrawide sensor along with 120° FOV, and 13MP telephoto sensor as well. On front it has the 16MP shooter.
This iQOO 8 is powered by 4,350mAh battery with same 120W wired charging, but has no wireless or reverse wireless charging. The device also features an in-display fingerprint, along with stereo speakers.
