The popular Chinese smartphone brand iQOO has announced the name of their new gaming officer and he is none other than Vedang Vikas Chavan. The new gaming officer is just 25 years old esports coach from Navi Mumbai.
He is selected after a nationwide talent hunt that attracted over 80,000 gamers from over 400 cities and towns across the country. The new giving officer is selected after winning three months of competition, earning a ₹10 lakh prize and a strategic role within the company.
Talking about the gaming officer, it is said that Vedang started his journey in gaming at the age of just 10 and he has represented India at international PUBG PC tournaments in Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, the Philippines, and Australia.
He will be collaborating with iQOO’s leadership team and provide his insights to enhance the gaming experience on iQOO smartphones. The gaming officer will also work with professional gamers across the country.
