itel has officially launched a new entry level smartphone in the market of India dubbed the itel S23 and it is coming with a massive battery on the board and a pocket friendly price tag. The newly announced itel S23 features a 6.6-inch display along with an HD+ resolution and a waterdrop notch on the top of the screen. The device also features a 90Hz refresh rate.
It also features a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for an additional layer of security and the device features a colour changing back panel. The device will change its colour to pink from white when exposed to sunlight or UV rays.
Speaking about the camera department, the itel S23 features a dual camera setup on the back panel that includes a 50MP primary sensor and an AI lens paired with an LED flash unit. The smartphone features an 8MP front-facing camera as well.
Under the hood, the itel S23 is coming with the power of a 1.6GHz octa-core 12nm Unisoc T606 processor and a Mali G57 MP1 GPU. The device is also coming with 8GB RAM along with 8GB virtual RAM technology and 128GB internal storage that can be expandable using a microSD card slot. It is housing a 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging and it is running on Android 12 OS out of the box.
