Since 2016, the Indian telecom users were enjoying a dream come true deals but in last month Reliance Jio announced that it will charge for the outgoing calls to non-Jio calls and that was a start of the end of this amazing deals and discounts. A couple of days ago, Vodafone Idea and Airtel announced the price hike and now Reliance Jio which came with lots of freebies (and forced other telecom operators to reduce the pricing) has also increased the price of its prepaid plans. So, without wasting any time let’s check out the freshly announced prepaid plans of Jio.
Jio has announced new ALL-IN-ONE plans and that starts at ₹199 and goes up to ₹2,199. Talking about the validity, ₹199, ₹399, ₹555, and ₹2,199 plans offer the validity of 1 month, 2 months, 3 months and 12 months respectively. All the new plans will offer unlimited free Jio to Jio calls and non-Jio calls will be limited to 1,000 minutes, 2,000 minutes, 3,000 minutes, and 12,000 minutes respectively.
The company has also unveiled 3 affordable plans as well and that starts at ₹129 and offers 2GB data along with 1,000 free calling minutes for the viability of 28 days, next up, ₹329 – it offers 6 GB of data along with 3,000 minutes and it offers 84 days of validity, and ₹1,299 it offers 2,000 free calling Mein along with 365 days of validity.
Speaking about the validity of 56 days, you will get two plans — ₹399 and ₹444 with 2,000 free minutes and 1.5 GB data per day and 2 GB data per day respectively. The company also offers two plans with 84 days validity — ₹555 and ₹599 with 3,000 free calling minutes and 1.5 GB and 2 GB data per day.
Finally, there are three plans, costing ₹199, ₹249, and ₹349 with 1.5GB/day, 2GB/day, and 3GB/day data respectively and offers 28 days of validity. All these plans come with 1,000 free minutes.
