Jio Phone Next was announced in June this year and Reliance developed the device in collaboration with the Mountain View company Google. It is an ultra-affordable Smartphone and the company is yet to reveal the complete specification details. The smartphone is said to be available from September 10 in the country but before that, the pricing information of the device surfaced online. According to the latest information, the Jio Phone Next will be available in two variants and that are basic as well as advanced. The basic variant will be priced at ₹5,000 while the advanced variant of the smartphone will be yours for ₹7,000. The source says you that you just need to pay 10 percentage of the amount and the remaining payment will be done by the partner the banks and Reliance has joined its hand with the six financial institutions of the country and the list includes State Bank of India, Piramal Capital, IDFC First Assure, and DMI Finance.
The pre-booking of the upcoming Jio Phone Next is believed to start in the next couple of days and the device is confirmed to be available for purchase in the country from September 10.Â
JioPhone Next is believed to run Android 11 (Go edition) and the smartphone feature a 5.5-inch HD display. It is also expected to be powered by the Qualcomm QM215 SoC and that is matted with 2GB/3GB of RAM along with 16GB/32GB of eMMC 4.5 internal storage.Â
Regarding the camera, the upcoming Jio Phone Next is expected to feature a 13-megapixel camera on the back and an 8-megapixel sensor at the front. It is also believed that the JioPhone Next may come with 4G VoLTE support and have dual-SIM support. The phone could be backed by a 2,500mAh battery.
