It is confirmed that Reliance has tested the next generation 5G connectivity on its mobile network and it is said that Jio used a mix of mid (sub-6GHz) and mmWave trial. Unfortunately, there is no information about the speed of the network. It is revealed that the company has tested the next-generation connectivity on the self developed gear.
The company is in talk with Nokia, Samsung, and Ericsson for the hardware to test 5G connectivity in other parts of the country.
