Airtel is slowly expanding its 5G connectivity across the country and now the telecom operator has officially announced the availability of its Airtel 5G Plus service in Kochi water metro and the connectivity will be available across all the stations.
With this move, Airtel becomes the first telecom company to offer 5G service for the passengers of India’s first water metro service. Commuters using the Kochi Water Metro service between the High Court-Vypin Terminals and the Vytilla-Kakkanad Terminals can use 5G service.
Airtel is offering its 5G service on non standalone network and the company has promised to offer its 5G service across the country by the end of March 2024.
