The demand for smart speakers is increasing very rapidly and Google smart speakers which known as Google Home and Google Home Mini believed to be superior in the segment. However, a new update makes trouble to the Google powered smart speaker.
Many users have complained on Google forums and Reddit about the issue, and the problem is after a new update which makes the smart speakers unstable. Some people got solution after unplugging it and some got the remedy after resetting the device. People are also saying that the update bricked the device and out of warranty units have the biggest issue because the company only replaces the devices which are under the warranty period.
Having said that, the Mountain View company Google has responded to this issue and said that they are working to fix it with another Updater very soon. It is worth to mention that there is no information about the affected Indian users, we believe that the company will do the needful before the number of affected users increases and we also hope that the company will make something to do things manually. As currently Google Home devices updates automatically and there it’s no source to check the update and download it manually.
