Lava International president and business head Sunil Raina told PTI that the company will be focusing on the budget smartphone as the company is coming up with Blaze series smartphones which will be priced ₹10,000. That’s not all, the company has also confirmed that the buyers will get repair service of the devices at their doorsteps.
It is also said that the company wants to do away with the concept of a service centre, it is good to know that the company will offer doorstep service for the purchase smartphone segment as well.
Lava will deploy its in-house resources for the service and the company will also join its hand with third parties to provide the service for its devices.
