As promised, today the Indian smartphone brand Lava has launched its new smartphones and the company has introduced four new devices in its latest portfolio. The company has been launched four different smartphones in the Z series – Lava Z1, Lava Z2, Lava Z4, Lava Z6, and the company says that the new smartphones are designed for the users of the country.

The event was filled with lots of Patriotism and the company was trying to generate emotion for the Indian brand. The devices look pretty ordinary in designing language. Specifications of Lava Z1

It is the most affordable smartphone of the company and the same is an entry level device which comes with the old school designing language. You will not find any kind of cut out on the screen of the device as the device features equal size of bezels on the top as well as bottom side of the screen. It is coming with a military-grade build and features a 5-inch display with a Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The phone is powered by MediaTek Helio A20 SoC, along with 2GB of RAM. In terms of storage, the device is coming with 16GB of internal storage. Talking about the camera department, the latest Lava phone is coming with a 5-megapixel camera sensor at the back and a 5-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front. It includes a five-magnet speaker and there is a 3,100mAh battery.

Specifications of Lava Z2

The smartphone is coming with a 6.5-inch HD+ display with 1600 X 720 pixels resolution along with a waterdrop like notch on the top of the screen and the device is also coming with a 20:9 aspect ratio and a 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3 protection. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 SoC, and the device is paired with 2GB of RAM. The smartphone is also coming with 32GB of internal storage and that can be expandable via MicroSD card.

It features a dual rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 13-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The smartphone is also coming with an 8-megapixel camera sensor at the front.

Regarding the connectivity options, the device supports 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, and a Micro-USB port. The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery and comes with a military-grade certification. It is running on Android 10 (Go edition).

It is coming with the similar specifications to the Lava Z2 and the storage as well as the camera department makes it different. This Smartphone comes with 4GB of RAM along with 64GB of internal storage. This particular smartphone is also coming with triple rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 13 megapixel primary sensor along with 5 megapixel secondary sensor and a 2 megapixel sensor. The device is also coming with a 16 megapixel front facing camera. It also runs on Android 10 operating system and the same will support a fingerprint scanner at the back side.

Specifications of Lava Z6

This Smartphone is exactly same as the Z4 but the difference is in the amount of RAM as this particular smartphone is coming with 6GB RAM on the board and everything remains the same.

Pricing and availability

The newly announced Lava Z1 priced at ₹5,499 while Lava Z2 will be available with a price tag of ₹6,999, the Lava Z4 will carry a price tag of ₹8,999 and the Lava Z6 will be available at ₹9,999.

Speaking about the availability details of the smartphones, Lava Z1 will available from January 26 which means on the occasion of Republic Day of the country while the other three devices will be available from January 11 via the online as well as the offline stores.
