Lenovo today announced a few laptops in MWC 2019. Let’s get to know more about the new-gen Ideapad models.
The Lenovo S340 is a laptop comes with a 14-inch display and a 15-inch display. Both the laptops are touch enabled. The processor options are 8th generation Intel Core i3, i5 or i7 processors inside, or switch to AMD’s Rysen 7 chip. Supporting up to 12GB of RAM and up to 2TB of hard drive storage with 128GB or 256GB hybrid drive for faster booting operation.
lenovo claims 10 hours of battery life on typical usage. The Laptop is made of carbon fiber material with an aluminum finish. The Intel-based Lenovo S340 will be available in March starting at 599 euros approximately $680, while the AMD-based model arrives in April starting at 549 euros approximately $623.
The next laptop from Lenovo is S540 which is performance centric laptop with the same 14-inch display and a 15-inch display. The cores are 8th generation Intel Core processors inside, or AMD’s Rysen 7 chip. In addition to this a dedicated graphics card from NVIDIA GeForce MX250 GPU, or the AMD Radeon RX Vega 10 GPU will be included. The Lenovo S540 with Intel-based chipset will be available from March starting at 899 euros which are approximately $1020, while the AMD-based model starting at 799 euros or $906 and will be available from April. There are other convertible laptops like Lenovo C340 which also consists of similar specifications and pricing.
The secondary screen or the portable display is the last one which looks great in its Aesthetics. The 1.3 pounds weighing and 4.6mm thick, screen is easy to travel type. This can be connected to an existing laptop as a secondary screen or secondary module for high-end PC. The 14-inch FHD Display will be available from June at a price tag of 229 euros approximately $260.
