Lenovo is transforming the iconic Formula 1 winner podium celebration with the world’s first kiss-activated trophy which is developed by the company in collaboration with Pininfarina, was unveiled at the 2023 FORMULA 1 LENOVO JAPANESE GRAND PRIX in Suzuka, Japan, and will also be awarded at the FORMULA 1 LENOVO UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX 2023 in Austin, Texas.
The newly created Trophy features a touch-sensitive microswitch and the same can be connected to a complex array of LED lights, programmed to display the winner’s flag. It will feature a subtle light and the same will guide the winning driver to activate the display selected just before the podium ceremony.
