Coronavirus is becoming very dangerous and spreading across the globe at a very fast awaited and people are afraid about the disease and there is a very big outbreak everywhere. Well, the same is affecting the tech world as well, two major brands have canceled their presence at the upcoming MWC event due to the Coronavirus outbreak.
The South Korean electronics brand LG and the Chinese brand ZTE has announced that they are canceling their events at the upcoming MWC 2020 show and that there will be no devices from both the companies during the prestigious event.
Having said that, LG has announced that it will hold the event to unveil its new smartphones in the near future but they didn’t reveal the exact timeline. On the other hand, ZTE said that they canceled the event due to practical issues travel and visit delays and the virus outbreak is the secondary reason for this particular brand.
It is worth to mention that the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2020 event will take place on February 24 and it will continue till February 27 and the committee behind the show hasn’t taken a decision to postpone the event.
