The LG G7 ThinQ is the smartphone which the South Korean electronics giant LG is working on, and just yesterday we got closest look at the device with the press render by the popular and reliable leakster Evan Blass. Well, now the company has officially announced few information about the display department of the upcoming flagship device.
The upcoming LG G7 ThinQ will sport 6.1 inch Quad HD+ display with the resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels, and have a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits. Well, this will make the brightest screen of the device from the company. The company says this makes for “the brightest and most vibrant display on the smartphone industry today,” well, the recent flagships of Samsung also has more than 1,000 nits. But LG is referring strictly to LCD screens.
LG said the G7 ThinQ’s display will have 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color space. and it is the commonly used for the digital movie projection in the US. film industry, so this hints that the device will have a great color accuracy and more colour.
