The South Korean electronics brand LG has showcased its new display technologies at the ongoing CES 2023 event, the company has introduced a new setup of displays for laptops and more.
The company has introduced a 17-inch foldable OLED display and the same will be available for laptops and the highlighting element of the display is that it’s entirely crease-free. It is also said that the display can be used in multiple ways as it will enable you to fold in half or open like a tablet or a portable monitor. It will also support a stylus pen as well.
LG is also bringing an 8-inch 360-degree foldable OLED display and the name is suggesting that the display can be folded 360 degrees, and it is also said that the same will prevent creases along the folding areas while its module structure ensures longevity.
LG has also announced the LG Z3, LG G3, and LG C3 OLED evo TV series. The company says that the new OLED TVs deliver higher brightness along with greater colour accuracy and impressive clarity. The newly announced series is also coming with the power of the alpha-series processor and the same relies on AI-assisted deep learning technology to produce stellar image and audio quality.
The new televisions of the company are running on the webOS and the same offers a redesigned user interface. You will get “Quick Cards” for easier navigation to the contents and services and the same are organised in categories including Home Office, Gaming, Music, and Sports. It is also featuring AI Sound Pro that is powered by the alpha processor, and the same will offer virtual 9.1.2 surround output via the built-in speakers. LG is also offering the support of Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. It is also featuring a 0.1-millisecond response rate and the Game Optimizer.
