LG has announced its new smartphone called LG X Venture, the device comes with ultra-rugged body design. It also has a shock-resistant, dust and water resistant. Let’s find out more about the device, read on.

The device is designed with aluminium body and back of the device uses rugged plastic material. The device has passed 14 MIL-STD 810G tests, which are designed for the military of US. The smartphone can survive in high temperature, shock, water and few meters in height.
Features of the device
The LG X Venture comes with 5.2 inch full HD display screen, with IP68 water and dust resistant and 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. It is powered by 1.4 GHz octa core Qualcomm Snapdragon 435 processor and the device is paired with 2 GB RAM, along with Adreno 505 GPU. The smartphone has 32 GB internal storage and can be expandable upto 2 TB via microSD card.
It has 16 megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash, and the device also has a 5 megapixel front facing camera with 120-degree wide angle lens. The device support with 4G LTE connectivity, and it also features fingerprint scanner which is embedded in the home button.
The device also comes with a shortcut button called QuickButton, which can be customize in three different manner; single press, double press and holding the button. Moreover, the button allows you to perform six different tasks.
It runs on Android Nougat v7.0, and the device is backed on 4100 mAh battery. The company promises to give 24 hours of battery life, along with fast charging which will charge 50% battery within 48 minutes. The device also features an app called Outdoor Essential, which brings Compass, Barometer, Step counter and direct access to weather information.
