Last year, Xiaomi unveiled its flagship smartphone called Mi 8 and now it seems that the company is all set to launch the successor of its last year’s flagship smartphone. The new device will be dubbed as Xiaomi Mi 9 and live images of the device surfaced online.
Xiaomi’s product manager Wang Teng Thomas shared an image on the Chinese social network Weibo, and Thomas showing off the rear side of the device and it is allegedly the Mi 9. The image reveals that the device has a shiny back and has triple cameras setup and that is placed vertically in the top-left corner, and that is accompanied with LED flash.
Moreover, we can’t see any fingerprint scanner at the rear side of the device and this suggests that the company will launch the upcoming Mi 9 with the in-display fingerprint scanner and that may feature the company’s new in-display fingerprint sensor which was unveiled in last month.
