The South Korean electronics giant Samsung is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in the Galaxy M series and that will be dubbed as Samsung Galaxy M42. The smartphone is also coming with a specialty and that is the title of the first 5G enabled smartphone of the Galaxy M series.
The upcoming smartphone with the model number SM-M426B/DS passes through the Wi-Fi Alliance certification website and the model number suggests that the device will come with the next generation 5G connectivity. As the B/DS is available on the model number of the smartphones which unveiled in the international market with the 5G connectivity on the board.
The certification website also confirmed that the device will support dual band Wi-Fi and it will run on the latest version of the Android operating system that is Android 11 out of the box.
We don’t have any other information about the upcoming smartphone but it is expected that the company will launch the device with an affordable price tag as the Galaxy M series is meant for the pocket friendly smartphones.
