With the launch of the new smartphone, the company has expanded its Mi 10 series and the photography department is the main highlight of the smartphone. Specifications of Mi 10 Ultra
It features a 6.67 inch FHD+ OLED display with 2340 X 1080 pixels resolution and the device also supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. Moreover, the device also has a punch hole set up at the top of the display and it offer DC Dimming. Under the hood, the device is powered by Octa Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 processor and paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM. In terms of storage, the device supports 256/512 GB of internal storage with UFS 3.0. The smartphone also comes with VC liquid cooling, multi-layer graphite, thermal sensor array, and Graphene to make it cool.
Moving to the photography department, the latest Mi 10 Ultra rocks a quad rear camera setup and that is in the combination of a 48-megapixel main camera that includes a custom-manufactured image sensor followed by a 20-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter, a 12-megapixel portrait camera, and a telephoto shooter with support for 120x ultra-zoom, and there is laser auto-focus and flicker sensor. The phone will be able to record 8K videos from the primary and telephoto shooters. On the front, the phone houses a 20-megapixel shooter.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports dual mode 5G, Wi-Fi 6, GPS, Bluetooth v5, NFC, and USB Type-C. For security, the smartphone supports an in-display fingerprint sensor and face unlock along with the traditional security options. The latest Mi 10 Ultra runs MIUI 11 based on Android 10 and packs a 4,500 mAh battery with 120W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, and the smartphone also supports 10W reverse wireless charging.
Pricing and availability
It starts at CNY 5,299 for the base 8GB + 128GB variant while 8GB + 256GB variant at CNY 5,599, the 12GB + 256GB and 16GB + 512GB variants of the phone will retail at CNY 5,999 and CNY 6,999. The smartphone will go on sale beginning August 16 in China.
