- The first official image of the upcoming Microsoft Surface Duo shared by the official.
- It is a foldable device and the same was announced in last year.
- The upcoming Microsoft device will run on the Android operating system.
Microsoft Surface Duo was announced in last year and the device runs on the world’s most favourite mobile operating system Android, the company was first said to launch the device by Christmas this year but later we came across a report which suggested that the company will launch the device early than the scheduled time.
Well, now it seems that the company has completed the work on the device as Panos Panay, Microsoft’s Chief Product Officer shared the first image of the device on his official Instagram account. The image suggests that the device will have an internal front facing camera.
Having said that, the image is not good quality and Panay says that his son took the photograph while he was working from home and maybe the lighting condition was not good that’s why the image is not in the decent quality.
Apart from this, we don’t have any other information about the device but if you are unaware about the same then it is a Foldable device by Microsoft. But don’t get super excited by thinking it will be foldable display because that’s not the case here. This is an Android-powered foldable device with two separate displays within. These displays are not physically connected with each other, so this just can’t be compared with Galaxy Fold or Mate X. Both are equally sized 5.6-inch displays with unknown resolution as of now.
