MIUI 13 is the latest custom skin of the company and it was announced last year with three new privacy features and that is face verification protection, privacy watermarking, and electronic fraud protection. Xiaomi is also featuring widgets and the same features an iOS 15-like experience. Now it seems that the custom skin will be announced in India soon as the company has shared a teaser poster.
Redmi is gearing up to host multiple devices in India on February 9 and that includes Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11S, Redmi Smart TV X43, and Redmi Smart Band Pro. We believe that the latest custom skin will be announced in India during the same event.
Features of the MIUI 13
The newly announced MIUI 13 features rich widgets and that will enable you to place on home screen as well as customize in different sizes that means it will provide you a similar experience like the widget support on iOS 15. It is also coming with a new font called ‘MiSans’ and the company says that the new font will provide a better and comfortable reading experience. Moreover, the latest MIUI 13 also features dynamic wallpapers and themes to enhance the personalization.
It is also revealed that the newly announced custom skin will provide up to 26 percent improvement and 15 to 52 percent improved fluidity. MIUI 13 also comes with amazing privacy features and you will get system-level electronic fraud warning along with fraudulent app installation blocking, and face verification protection. Xiaomi is also offering a watermark feature in the privacy segment of the custom skin and that will enable you watermark your scanned documents before sharing.
It is also featuring Mi Smart Hub and that will enable you to find nearby devices with a simple gesture to seamlessly share and access content such as music, display, and apps across multiple devices.
The company has also announced MIUI 13 Pad for tablets and that will provide better experience and enhance multitasking on large screen devices through gesture support and an improved taskbar. MIUI 13 Pad also allows users to hold the corner of an app and drag it inward to open multiple apps on a single screen.
It is also coming with keyboard shortcut along with the ability to sync clipboard data between MIUI 13 and MIUI 13 Pad devices. Xiaomi also launched MIUI Watch, MIUI Home, and MIUI TV as its new operating system versions of smartwatches, smart home devices, and smart TVs, respectively and the same will be available by next year. It is worth mentioning that the details are yet to be revealed.
