Motorola recently confirmed the launching date of the Moto Edge 40 smartphone for the market of India after its official announcement in Europe. The device was also confirmed to be available on Flipkart as well. Now the pricing information of the device appears online before its launching in the country.
A promotional banner of Flipkart is spotted and the same is confirming that the device will be available in the country with a price tag of Rs 27999. It is also confirming that buyers of the Moto Edge 40 will get a Rs 2000 discount on exchange and the shopping website will also offer a screen replacement package for Rs 9500.
The shopping website has previously confirmed that the device will be available in green colour option and the company has also confirmed that it will be sold via Flipkart from May 23.

It is also confirmed that the device will feature a 6.55-inch OLED display with an FHD+ resolution along with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,200 nits peak brightness. The device will feature an in-screen fingerprint scanner and the same will come with IP68 certification. It will also feature dual stereo speakers that are tuned by Dolby Atmos.
The back panel of the device is confirmed to feature a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens. It will also come with a 32MP selfie shooter. The Moto Edge 40 is confirmed to come with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 8020 chipset along with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. It will be housing a 4,400mAh battery along with 68W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. The device will be running on Android 13 out of the box.
