We know that MWC is very near and a bunch of smartphone OEMs are now starting to announce their event dates. In this event many big companies will showcase or even launch their latest and exciting product. In fact the world’s first commercial foldable smartphone, the Galaxy Fold, was also unveiled at MWC 2019. This shows how massive this event is going to be. And to become a part of this gigantic event, Motorola also looks ready.
Today Motorola has announced that they are hosting an event on 23rd February, prior to MWC. If you don’t recall the MWC is going to start from 24th February, so looks like Motorola wants to create hype a day before the big event. But would they be able to create that hype? Well, only time will tell the same. They themselves didn’t teased anything, but we have some of our own speculations based on previous leaks. First of all we can expect Moto G8 and Moto G8 Power to get announced. Then there’s a Edge+ smartphone with 12GB RAM, which is expected to be a flagship smartphone from the company. Not just that, there are rumours about the mid-range smartphone from Motorola having stylus pen.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Personally I am curious to see the flagship Edge+ smartphone, because Motorola is bringing a flagship smartphone after a long time. Otherwise the Moto G8 series and stylus smartphones are not so exciting. We will see complete and accurate listing at the event itself, which is less than a month away.
