After all the leaks and rumors, the Lenovo owned Motorola has unveiled two smartphones – Motorola One and Motorola One Power. That said, both the smartphones are based on Android One, and that means it will give stock Android as well as timely updates. So, let’s check out the details of both the smartphones.
Motorola One
It sports 5.99-inch HD+ Max Vision display along with 19:9 aspect ratio and has 1520 x 720 pixels resolution, the smartphone also features a notch on the top of the display. It is powered by 2.0 GHz octa core Snapdragon 625 processor and paired with 4 GB RAM, along with Adreno 506 GPU for the graphical task. In terms of storage, the smartphones have 64 GB of internal storage and can be expandable upto 256 GB via microSD card.
Moving to the photography department, the Motorola One has a dual camera setup at back and that’s in the combination of 13 megapixel + 2 megapixel with Portrait Mode and LED flash, along with an 8 megapixel front camera. Moreover, the device has a Google Lens. That said, the smartphone has a curved glass back and it also supports the fingerprint scanner.
Regarding the connectivity, the smartphone supports 4G LTE, GPS, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, 3.5 mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C. The device boots on Android Oreo 8.1 and it can be upgradable to Android 9.0. Finally, the device ships on 3,000 mAh battery with TurboCharging that offers 6 hours of power with just 20 minutes of charging.
Speaking about the pricing and availability, the device has the price tag of €299 (approx. ₹24,750) and the device will be available in Europe, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific in the coming months. The company hasn’t revealed the exact timeline.
Motorola One Power
The Motorola One Power comes with the similar design of the Motorola One but Motorola One Power does not have the curved glass back. The device comes with a 6.2-inch HD+ Max Vision display along with a 19:9 aspect ratio and has 2240 x 1080 pixels resolution, the smartphone also features a notch on the top of the display. The smartphone is powered by 1.8 GHz octa-core Snapdragon 636 processor and paired with 3 and 4 GB of RAM along with Adreno 509 GPU for the graphical task. Talking about storage, the device has two storage variants; 3 GB RAM with 32 GB of storage and 4 GB RAM with 64 GB of internal storage and it can be expandable up to 256 GB via microSD card.
The device also features a dual camera setup at the back and it is the combination of 16 megapixel + 5 megapixel along with LED flash and the device also has an 12 megapixel front facing camera for the selfies and video calls. Moreover, the device also has the Google Lens feature. The smartphone also has a fingerprint scanner for an additional layer of security.
