Nest, the smart doorbell brand enters the Video doorbell segment launching Nest Hello with massive feature pack.
The Nest Hello is not a usual video doorbell, The doorbell has a video camera which can stream continuously HDR video including Night vision. Apart from the Full-screen view, the camera also detects friendly or Stranger face which notifies the user about them.
Interaction with the guests can be made by Speaker and Mic which has Pre-recorded messages to keep guest under your surveillance even before the guests ringing the doorbell. The Video Doorbell is also Google Assistant enabled since it is owned by Google. So Voice command is super easy now.
In terms of security, the Nest holds a connected lock called Nest C Yale Lock which is a partnership with a top-notch Lock maker. Remote locking and command is a piece of cake for the users.
Nest Hello Video Doorbell is available on Nest.com and BestBuy, Lowe’s and Home Depot. Along with this Nest X Yale Local, Nest has also introduced a smart temperature sensor which is available for preorder.
