The very popular online media streaming platform Netflix has updated its profile transfer feature and the same will enable users to transfer watch history and recommendations to existing accounts. The company is rolling out the new feature across the globe.
The profile transfer feature was introduced last year and the same enables users to switch to an existing account rather than creating a new account. The new improvements will enable users to seamlessly transfer their settings and their preferences to an account which is already created previously.
Netflix enables users to transfer recommendations, viewing history, My List, game saves, settings, and other related information.
How to transfer profile on Netflix
You need to select “Profile Transfer” feature after clicking on the Profile icon.
Now you need to select the option “An Existing Account” to transfer your profile.
Then simply enter the email address and password of the account you want to transfer your profile.
You will be receiving a notification via email.
This feature will be available to those who is having an active account and the feature is not available to a kid’s profile. This picture will not be available to those accounts which do not have an email address.
