The company has also boosted the graphics with 1.6x faster rendering and memory bandwidth. It can now push past 150GB/s. The device is said to offer up to 24 hours of battery life.
The device comes with a 14-inch Liquid Retina XDR display along with 1,600 nits, a six-speaker setup with spatial audio, and a 12MP webcam with Center Stage. It also features Thunderbolt 4 ports, HDMI, an SD card slot, a headphone jack, and MagSafe 3 for charging. The device runs on macOS Tahoe and the machine is loaded with “Apple Intelligence” features like live translation in Messages and FaceTime.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the device comes with a starting price of $1,599 for the 16GB/512GB and it will be available from October 22.
