The South Korean electronics giant Samsung is said to test the next generation Samsung 1.4nm node Exynos chipset. The mobile processor is said to feature higher peak clock speeds and a massive 96MB of System Level Cache (SLC), along with many notable upgrades.
It is believed that the processor will be coming with a 10-core CPU cluster divided into a ‘2+4+4’ configuration. The two prime cores can offer a maximum speed of 4.50GHz.
The upcoming processor is also expected to be integrated with 96MB of SLC cache and the source says that the processor will offer an ultra-wide bus width to minimize latency between the CPU cores and the GPU.
