Xiaomi has already introduced its self developed mobile processor and now we got a new piece of information about the next generation and it is said to come with Arm’s upcoming “Travis” super core.
Arm is expected to launch the upcoming Travis core in the month of September this year and it will be replacing the design language of the Cortex-X925 and promises a substantial performance upgrade.
The upcoming Travis will be offering a double-digit improvement in IPC (Instructions Per Clock) and it will also feature major gains in power efficiency. It will also support Armv9’s SME (Scalable Matrix Extension).
