As the CES 2020 event started, all the popular brands are showcasing their innovative products for its consumers. Well, now the very popular Camera makers Nikon has announced its new cameras at the stage of the much-anticipated event. The company has announced Nikon D780 Full-Frame DSLR and Coolpix P950 Superzoom Camera. So, without wasting any time let’s dive into the article to check out all the available information.
Starting with the Nikon D780, the camera comes with a FX-format full-frame DSLR with a 24.5-megapixel BSI CMOS sensor and the device is powered by an in-house Expeed 6 image processor. It has an improved ISO range, and goes up to 51,200 natively as well as it can be expandable to 2,04,800.
It is also capable for 7fps burst shooting and has a shutter speed range of 900s to 1/8000 of a second. Now while you using the optical viewfinder, you will get the 51-point autofocus system with 15 cross-type AF points. On the other hand, shooting in live view, the camera offers 273 PDAF points.
The camera also supports to shoot 4K videos at 30fps and even without pixel binning, along with a 10-bit output with N-Log or Hybrid Log-Gamma support for HDR. It will also feature a 3.2-inch tilting LCD touchscreen display, and it rocks a USB Type-C port with in-camera battery charging. Moreover, the camera has two SD card slots with UHD-II and comes with a built-in Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. It is priced at ₹198,995 for the body and ₹2,42,495 with the 24-120mm VR lens, and the same will available by the end of January in India.
Now coming to the Coolpix P950, it is coming with the RAW support, along with the capability of 4K video and an improved electronic viewfinder with a 2.3 million dot resolution. The camera offers 83x optical zoom, the camera will available in February for the price tag of $800.
