From past one and a half year, HMD Global powered Nokia is slowly but steadily growing in the budget as well as the mid-range market. Though they can’t compete with brands like Xiaomi and Honor in terms of specifications and features, sales-wise they do manage to take a huge market share.
Now to increase its portfolio and to continue its name in the budget and entry-level segment, Nokia has unveiled Nokia 5.1, Nokia 3.1, and Nokia 2.1 smartphones. Let’s see what these smartphones packs inside.

Nokia 5.1:
This is the most powerful device unveiled today. This Nokia 5.1 sports a 5.5 inch Full HD+ (2160×1080) display with latest 18:9 aspect ratio. It is made from 6000 series anodized aluminium and has a unibody design. It comes with MediaTek Helio P18 octa core processor clocked at 2.0Ghz each. It has 2/3GB of RAM with 16/32GB of internal storage with MicroSd Card support. A 16MP shooter is placed on the rear with PDAF, dual tone LED flash, and 8MP front camera with 84.6° wide angle lens.
Like most of the recent Nokia phones, this one is also powered by Android One program, which results in it on running pure stock Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box along with fast updates. It packs a 2970mAh non-removable battery without any fast charging. For connectivity, it has 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, FM Radio, and NFC as well. It comes in Black, Tempered Blue, and Sanding Copper colour options.

Nokia 3.1:
This is indeed a less powerful smartphone as compared to the above one. It sports a 5.2 inch HD+ (1440×720) display with 18:9 aspect ratio, making it one of the most affordable and most compact 18:9 smartphone with this small screen size. It comes with MediaTek MT6750 octa core processor clocked at 1.4Ghz each. It has 2/3GB RAM and 16/32GB of internal storage with MicroSd Card support. This phone has 13MP Rear Camera with PDAF, LED flash, and 8MP front camera with 84.6° wide angle lens.
This Nokia 3.1 is also powered by Android One program, which results in it on running pure stock Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box along with fast updates. It packs a 2990mAh non-removable battery without any fast charging. For connectivity, it has 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, FM Radio, and NFC (limited regions) as well. It comes in Black Chrome, Blue Copper, White Iron colour options.

Nokia 2.1:
This is the least powerful smartphone as compared to the above two, and that’s because it is based on Android Go program. It sports a 5.5 inch HD (1280x72p) display with older 16:9 aspect ratio. It comes with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 425 octa core processor clocked at 1.4Ghz each, making it only phone amongst all three which has Qualcomm based processor. It has 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage (enough for Android Go smartphone) with MicroSd Card support. This phone has 8MP Rear Camera with autofocu, LED flash, and 5MP front camera.
As this Nokia 2.1 is powered by Android Go program, which results in it on running pure stock and lite version of Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box along with fast updates and specified light weight apps. It packs a whopping 4000mAh non-removable battery, same as the predecessor. For connectivity, it has 4G, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, 3.5mm headphone jack, and FM Radio. It comes in Grey Silver, Blue Silver, and Blue Copper colour options.

- Nokia 5.1: 2GB variant for €189 (₹14,785) and 3GB variant for €219 (₹17,130), available from July globally.
- Nokia 3.1: 2GB variant for €139 (₹10,837) and 3GB variant for €159 (₹12,438), available from July globally.
- Nokia 2.1: it is priced at €115 (₹8,996), available from July globally.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. Looking at the specifications, the Nokia 5 looks the most solid smartphone amongst other two.
