Well, now Nokia joins the league, as the company announced a bunch of devices will support the Wi-Fi calling support and that means Nokia users can now make calls without any interruption in the area where the mobile network is not that strong.
HMD Global who has the official licensee of Nokia brand has announced that it is started to roll out the Wi-Fi calling feature to its devices and the company also made it clear that the feature is arriving after the testing for the past couple of months.
Compatible Nokia Smartphones
Nokia devices will support the new Wi-Fi calling support and the list includes Nokia 9 PureView, Nokia 8 Sirocco, Nokia 8.1, Nokia 7.2, Nokia 7.1, Nokia 7 Plus, Nokia 6.2, Nokia 6.1 Plus and Nokia 6.1.
How to enable the feature
The users of the above-mentioned devices can enable the feature by heading to the Settings app of the smartphone and search Wi-Fi calling option, once you find this particular option then just enable it and keep both VoLTE and Wi-Fi calling on.
