Nokia Unveiled A Bunch Of Budget Smartphone & Feature Phone At MWC

Nokia smashed the smartphone camera segment with the Nokia 9 PureView, which just got unveiled. Now alongside this flagship, the company launched a couple of budget smartphones as well as a feature phone. These are Nokia 4.2, Nokia 3.2, Nokia 1, and the feature phone Nokia 210. So let’s have a look at all of them.

Nokia 4.2:

Starting of with most powerful smartphone amongst the entire budget launch, the Nokia 4.2. Though it has .2 in the name but that doesn’t mean it is a successor. In fact this is the first Nokia Android phone in ‘4’ lineup. It sports 5.7-inch TFT display with HD+ (1520×720) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. It comes with Snapdragon 439 processor with Adreno 505 GPU. It has just 2GB and 3GB RAM options with 16GB and 32GB internal storage respectively. There is expandable storage up to 400GB. The rear camera has a primary 13MP sensor with f2.2 lens and secondary 2MP depth sensor. On the front there is an 8MP shooter under the water drop notch, with f2.0 lens.

This Nokia 4.2 runs on stock Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with Android One support. It packs in a 3000mAh battery without any fast charging. There is a rear mounted fingerprint sensor as well. For connectivity it has 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, NFC (few regions), FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, aptX, and USB 2.0 port. It comes with Black and Pink Sand color options.

Nokia 3.2:

Now coming to this Nokia 3.2, it sports a larger 6.2-inch TFT display with HD+ (1520×720) resolution and 19:9 aspect ratio. It comes with Snapdragon 429 processor with Adreno 504 GPU. It has just 2GB and 3GB RAM options with 16GB and 32GB internal storage respectively. There is expandable storage up to 400GB. The rear camera has just a single 13MP sensor with f2.2 lens, and on the front there is 5MP camera under the water drop notch.

This Nokia 3.2 runs on stock Android 9.0 Pie out of the box with Android One support. It packs in a huge 4000mAh battery but without any fast charging. There is a rear mounted fingerprint sensor as well, but for 3+32GB variant only. For connectivity it has 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, aptX, and USB 2.0 port. It comes with Black and Steel color options.

Nokia 1 Plus:

Then there is this Nokia 1 Plus, which is the successor of last year’s Nokia 1. This smartphone is powered by Google’s Android Go program. It sports a 5.49-inch IPS LCD display with qHD+ (960×480) resolution and 18:0 aspect ratio. It comes with MediaTek MT6739 quad core processor with PowerVR GE8100 GPU. Both are same as last year’s model, but as it’s an Android Go device, this combination is still enough. It has 1GB RAM with 8GB and 16GB internal storage options. There is expandable storage up to 128GB. The rear camera is an 8MP shooter with autofocus and 5MP shooter on the front covering with water drop notch.

This Nokia 1 Plus runs on stock Android 9.0 Pie (Go Edition) out of the box with Android Go support. It packs in a 2500mAh battery. For connectivity it has 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, FM Radio, 3.5mm jack, and USB 2.0 port. It comes with Black, Blue, and Red color options.

Nokia 210:

Lastly, this feature phone also launched today. It sports 2.4-inch TFT display with 360×240 resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio. It comes with MediaTek MT6260A processor. It has 16MB of internal storage. There is only rear camera with 0.3MP. Battery capacity on this device is 1020mAh. It has all the basic features like any other Nokia feature phone. It comes with Charcoal, Red, and Grey color options.
