The founder and CEO of Nothing, Carl Pei, has shared a couple of images on his official X handle and the same shows the new features of the upcoming Nothing OS 3.0. The top most executive of the company has confirmed the new capabilities for the lock screen, and the upcoming interactive dot animations.
It is confirmed that there will be three different lock screen customizations options will be available. The default look of the operating system will be showcasing the clock, the day, and the date. The Clock + Widget option shows the time in dots with three widgets will be available on the display.
You will also get the weather, a shortcut for quick actions, and the date. The third lock screen customization option is called Expanded Widget Area and the same will be showing an analog clock with a large date tile, and widgets for quick actions, weather, and contacts.

While the upcoming Interactive Dot Animation will be offering three different layers: the input image layer, the live interaction layer, and the final output layer. Nothing OS 3.0 is expected to come with a new native gallery and community app as well.
