Nothing Phone 1 is the first phone of the UK based company and the same will be official globally on July 12. We already have a decent idea about the upcoming device through the teasers along with the leaks and rumours. Now the company has officially revealed the designing setup of the upcoming smartphone and the same looks premium and the company has showcased the back panel of the upcoming device. The OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei backed Nothing brand is gearing up to launch its first ever smartphone, now the designing language of the upcoming Nothing Phone 1 has been shared on the social media channels and that is showcasing the back panel of the device which is in white finish and we can see a transparent back as well. It is worth mentioning that the device is also having a black colour model as well.
The device is also featuring rounded corners and the back panel of the device is having a dual camera setup along with an LED flash. The camera module of the device is placed at the top left corner of the device and the back panel of the device is also featuring a Nothing branding at the bottom left corner.
We can also see the volume buttons at the right side of the device while the left side of the device houses the power button.
Separately, the reliable tipster Mukul Sharma spotted the upcoming device on Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) as well. It is reported that the upcoming Nothing Phone 1 and its battery have bagged approval from the BIS.
Having said that, the General Manager and Vice President of Nothing India, Manu Sharma has officially confirmed that the first phone of the brand will be manufactured locally in India and the device will be manufactured in Tamil Nadu and the same will be sold via the popular shopping website Flipkart across the country. This will help the company to offer the device with an aggressive price tag.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Nothing Phone 1 smartphone will feature a 6.55-inch display along with 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution. It is also reported that the smartphone will have “No chin” which indicates super-slim bottom bezels across the display. It is also believed that the device will support a 90Hz or a 120Hz refresh rate.
The upcoming Nothing Phone 1 is expected to be powered by a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 mobile processor along with up to 8 GB of RAM and up to 128 GB of storage.
Nothing previously confirmed that the device will run the Nothing OS based on Android 12 out of the box and the device will receive 3 years of software updates and 4 years of security updates. It is also reported that the device will support 45W fast charging support.
