Nothing has officially released the second beta version of the latest Android 13 operating system for its one and only Nothing Phone 1. The company has rolled out Nothing OS 1.5.1 as part of the second beta update and the same is fixing lots of issues of the previous update and also bringing new features on the board. So let’s check out the complete details of the latest update.
The latest update is coming with a brand new handcrafted glyph ringtone and notification soundpack with a slightly different style. It is also coming with a new collection of minimalist wallpapers and the update is also getting lockscreen shortcut customizations like the ability to choose to display shortcuts for the camera, torch, device controls, and wallet.
Now you can able to easily switch between data usage when using dual SIM as the company has improved network Quick Settings panel. The update is also making animations smooth while transitioning the display between on and off (regardless if Always on Display status). It is also getting an improved auto-brightness algorithm.
The full Nothing X app will now be available in Nothing OS and the pop-up view is now back with some interaction improvements. The update has also improved the camera application user interface along with animations. Battery life has also improved along with system stability and bug fixes.
It is worth mentioning that the update is 127 MB in size and it will be available to the beta testers.
