Nothing has officially introduced the new Nothing Phone 3a Community Edition in the markets of India under its Community Edition Project and it is the limited edition model which was developed with four fan creators from different regions. Nothing has introduced the new Nothing Phone 3a Community Edition with 12GB+256GB storage option along with multiple custom elements created by the winners. The design language of the device offers a nostalgic feel of late 90s and early 2000s design with transparent accents inspired by retro gaming gear.
It also comes with custom Dice and the same uses Nothing’s Ndot 55 font, and it is mainly merging the playful design with the company’s clean visual identity. The software also brings a redesigned lock screen clock and the same reduces visual clutter through varied font weights along with wallpapers that tie the exterior look.
Speaking about the specifications, the special edition variant comes with the same specifications of the Nothing Phone 3a. So the latest Nothing Phone 3a Community Edition also comes with a 6.77-inch flexible AMOLED display with 1080 x 2392 pixels resolution, HDR10+ support, 10-bit color, and a 3000 nit peak brightness. The device also features a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate along with a 480Hz touch sampling rate, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and includes Panda Glass protection.
Nothing offers the device with the power of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 mobile processor paired with an Adreno 720 GPU. The device runs on the Android 15 operating system with Nothing OS 3.2 but the device will be receiving the Android 16 operating system. It also features a 50MP main sensor with OIS, an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with a 114° field of view, and a 50MP 2x telephoto sensor. The device also comes with a 32MP selfie camera. The back camera is capable of shooting 4K at up to 30fps and features Action Mode for stabilized video capture.
The Nothing Phone 3a Community Edition houses a 5000mAh battery with 50W wired fast charging. The device also comes with stereo speakers, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and IP64-rated splash resistance.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the company brings only 1,000 units of the Nothing Phone 3a Community Edition globally and it has a price tag of ₹28,999 in India. The device will be sold exclusively at a one-day offline drop event scheduled for December 13, 2025, at 33&Brew, Prestige Technostar, Brookefield, Bengaluru, between 2 PM and 6 PM IST.
