The Mountain View company Google has updated Google Gemini with the capability of creating music tracks with the duration of 30 seconds. You can generate music by simply providing prompts and the company is using Lyria 3, Google DeepMind’s latest generative music model.
It will enable you to create music in multiple languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Hindi, Japanese, Korean, and Portuguese. The feature is currently available in Gemini beta and it is already available.
Users with the age over 18 can able to access the new feature and users of Google AI Plus, Pro, and Ultra subscribers will enjoy higher usage limits than those who aren’t paying.
How to use the feature?
It is pretty easy to use as you can simply describe the idea or upload a photo or video to tell Google Gemini to take inspiration from it. It is worth mentioning that the cover art will be automatically generated with the power of Nano Banana.
The music tracks will be embedded with SynthID, Google’s imperceptible watermark for identifying Google AI-generated content. Google has also added filters to check outputs against existing content, but you can also report content that may violate your rights or the rights of others.
