Google has integrated Gemini in Gmail more deeply and integrated a new feature that would enable you to add event to Google Calendar directly from Gmail. So let’s get into the article to check out the full details of the new capability.
The developers of Google have implemented the capability to add event in Google Calendar directly from Gmail and the same has the power of Google Gemini that will automatically detect calendar related content in your emails and you will get the Add to Calendar button.
Once you click on that particular button, the side panel will offer a confirmation and this comes on top of the ability to ask Gemini about the information in your Google Calendar.
Having said that, the new feature is currently available in English language only and this feature is available on the web interface of Gmail at the moment of time but we believe that the developers will be bringing this feature to the mobile application as well.
It is worth mentioning that the Add to Calendar button will not be available on all emails that have already automatically extracted events. For example, restaurant reservations.
Google will start releasing the update starting today and it is expected to take until mid April to reach to all accounts. So what are your thoughts about the new capability of Gmail? Share your thoughts in the comments section below and stick with us for more updates from the world of technology.
