Last month it was reported that the popular instant messaging application WhatsApp will expand the number of members in a group from 256 to 512. Now the same has started to roll out and the new feature is started to appear on the platform across the world.
WhatsApp has started to roll out the ability to add up to 512 members in a WhatsApp group and the same is available on Android as well as iOS platforms.
The new feature will enable you to have everyone in one place instead of creating multiple groups and this will be handy as now everyone can have the complete family members or the full list of friends of their college or school in one group.
It is worth noting that the company is also increasing the size of file sharing from 100MB to 2GB.
