After the leaks, rumours, and teasers, Nubia has unveiled the Nubia Red Magic 3 smartphone in the market of China. The device is a gaming Smartphone and it comes with lots of powerful features, and the smartphone brand has also launched a bunch of case covers and a few gaming accessories. Specifications of Nubia Red Magic 3
The smartphone sports a 6.65-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 2340 x 1080 pixels resolution and offers a 90Hz refresh rate and 430 nits brightness, along with a 19:5:9 aspect ratio and also supports DC Dimming, as well as HDR. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the greatest Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor paired with 6GB RAM, 8GB RAM, and 12GB RAM options. In terms of storage, the smartphone will available in 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB.
Being a gaming smartphone, it has some amazing features which will definitely take the gaming experience to the next level. The smartphone comes with liquid cooling and an active cooling system with a moving fan inside of the device, Nubia claims that the fan has “ultra-low” power consumption and it can work continuously for 1 hour and consume less than 1% of the power. And the users can also adjust the speed of the fan. That’s not all, the device also offers an RGB lighting strip, which users can customize with over 16.8 Million color choices. Moreover, the smartphone also has two touch-sensitive shoulder buttons and a physical switch key to toggle the “Red Magic Game Space 2.0” feature that offers quick access to game-focused options.
Coming to the photography department, the Red Magic 3 rocks a single 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.7 aperture, and 8K video recording with up to 1920 fps video shooting. On the front, the smartphone has a 16-megapixel sensor with f/2.0 aperture and AI Beauty features. The smartphone also features a fingerprint scanner at the back, and the device features speakers on both sides which will give stereo sound, and offers 4D customizable vibrations. The smartphone also has an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance.
Regarding the connectivity options, the smartphone supports dual SIM, 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB Type-C port, GPS, and 3.5mm audio jack. The device runs on Android 9 Pie with a few customizations from Nubia, and it ships on a massive 5,000 mAh battery with support for 30W fast charging, 27W USB PD and Quick Charge 4.0.
Pricing and availability of Nubia Red Magic 3
The 6GB RAM with 64GB storage variant is priced at CNY 2,899 (approx. ₹30,000), the 6GB RAM with 128GB storage variant will cost CNY 3,199 (approx. ₹33,200), the 8GB RAM with 128GB storage variant has the pricing of CNY 3,499 (approx. ₹36,300), and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage variant will be yours for CNY 4,299 (approx. ₹44,600). The smartphone will be available from May 3 on the Nubia website and JD.com, and the device will be available in the market of China. There is no information about the availability of the device in other parts of the world.
