NVIDIA has officially introduced the latest NVIDIA RTX Spark and it is a new platform for Arm-based PCs. It is actually coming with a combination of a 20-core Grace CPU along with Blackwell RTX GPU, NPU, and up to 128GB of unified LPDDR5X memory into a single package. Key specifications of NVIDIA RTX Spark
The newly announced NVIDIA RTX Spark comes with a 20-core Grace CPU (co-developed with MediaTek) along with Blackwell RTX GPU with 6,144 CUDA cores and up to 1 PFLOP FP4 AI performance.
It also features up to 128GB unified memory along with 600 GB/s NVLink-C2C bandwidth between CPU and GPU and it is built on TSMC’s 3nm process.
NVIDIA has also announced that it is bringing the full software stack to Arm PCs, including CUDA, TensorRT, DLSS, Reflex, G-SYNC, and RTX ray tracing.
